WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders are shipped with the Belgian Post.
Delivery times:
Belgium: 1-3 working days
European Union: 2-4 weeks
Rest of the world: 4-8 weeks

All orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days.
In case you need your order to arrive as fast as possible contact me and I can arrange priority shipping.

If you live in or near Beersel, Belgium the best option is to select "local pick-up" at check out. I'll get in touch to set a date for picking up your order and shipping costs are then €0. Hurray!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For Belgium, the shipping cost is €3.
For the rest of the world, €8.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay online by credit card.

If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer that is also possible. Please send me your order via email in this case.

If you are able to pick up your order in Beersel, Belgium you can also pay in cash or via Payconiq.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel an order until you receive the shipping confirmation mail.
Please contact me if you'd like to cancel or change an order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, you may return an order within 14 days of receiving it. After receiving the package back I will refund you within 14 days. You do need to cover the postage costs for sending the order back.
Although not required, I appreciate any feedback you might have so I can improve the quality of my products.
